Fatima Husnain

Fatima Husnain's legal career is marked by her comprehensive involvement in corporate and commercial law, serving an array of clients from private to public entities. She has made notable contributions across various transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and both share and asset purchase deals, along with managing private and public financings.

Her educational journey is distinguished, having pursued a Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work at the University of Windsor, preceded by an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business and Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo, further enriched by minors in Political Science and Sociology.

Fatima's early career saw her gaining valuable experience through roles such as a legal summer student at the Ontario Financing Authority and caseworker at Community Legal Aid. She also engaged in social work at Legal Assistance of Windsor and coordinated the Student Conduct Board at the University of Windsor.
