Koker Christensen is a co-leader of the financial services group at Fasken, a leading law firm. He provides expert advice to businesses in the financial services sector, including insurers, banks, trust companies, credit unions, payments businesses, and fintechs. Koker's areas of expertise include M&A, reinsurance transactions, regulatory matters, anti-money laundering, and corporate governance. He frequently deals with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and other financial regulators.
