Robin Spillette

Robin Spillette serves as a key member of the Antitrust/Competition & Marketing Group at her firm. Her work spans advising companies on intricate issues related to competition and foreign investment law. This includes handling abuse of dominance investigations, facilitating merger reviews and clearances under the Competition Act, and managing notifications pursuant to the Investment Canada Act. Furthermore, Robin dedicates part of her practice to developing proactive corporate compliance programs to help companies navigate the complexities of the Competition Act.
