5 out of 5 stars

I had the privilege of working with Santhosh Valavi on a challenging infrastructure project that spanned multiple jurisdictions. Right from our first meeting in Fasken's downtown office, Santhosh's expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) was immediately evident. His guidance through the intricate procurement process was instrumental in navigating the complexities that came with aligning the interests of different governmental agencies and jurisdictions.
Santhosh's leadership in Fasken's Land Acknowledgement Sub-committee also spoke volumes about his character and dedication to meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous communities. His efforts to ensure local Indigenous territories were appropriately acknowledged at firm functions demonstrated a commendable commitment to fostering a culture of respect and understanding.
Santhosh's diverse practice, enriched by his international experience in Dubai and India, was a huge asset. Whether it was dealing with transactional, advisory, or litigation matters, Santhosh's global perspective helped identify and mitigate risks we hadn't even considered.

For anyone navigating the complex waters of infrastructure projects and PPPs, I can't recommend Santhosh Valavi enough. His blend of legal acumen, strategic thinking, and genuine commitment to his clients' success sets him apart as a lawyer who not only understands the law but also how it applies in the real world. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure and undoubtedly a factor in the success of our project.
