These include actions against a leading global automaker, pharmaceutical companies over allegations of negligent manufacturing and design, and a franchise class action halted pre-certification.

His expertise in product liability encompasses advising manufacturers on regulatory compliance, product recalls, and consumer protection. Zohaib also skillfully handles complex commercial disputes, shareholder disagreements, and contentious estate situations, representing trustees and beneficiaries alike.
