Suzy Kauffman

Suzy holds a pivotal role as a partner in the Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans, where she also contributes her expertise as a member of the Executive Committee. Her legal career is marked by a strong focus on commercial litigation, where she brings deep experience in handling disputes related to commercial contracts, class actions, and a wide array of other complex legal challenges. Suzy's work encompasses a significant emphasis on contested estate matters, employee and fiduciary obligations, directors' and officers' liability claims, civil fraud, and issues within the entertainment industry. She has distinguished herself by leading several high-profile litigation cases to resolution, often through private arbitration, and by representing her clients across Canada in class action disputes.
