Sasha Hercz

Sasha, an integral member of the Real Estate Group at Goodmans, is carving out a niche for himself in the realm of real estate law. His practice spans an impressive array of areas within real estate, including the facilitation of purchases and sales, orchestrating financings, and navigating the complexities of joint ventures, leases, as well as construction and development agreements.

Before embarking on his journey at Goodmans, Sasha honed his legal and business acumen through a combined JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. His academic journey began with an undergraduate degree from McGill University, where he excelled, graduating with distinction.
