Kasia Donovan, serving as an associate within Goodmans' Dispute Resolution Group, specializes in intellectual property litigation. Her journey in IP litigation began with summer terms and article positions at an international law firm, where she gained in-depth experience in this field.

Kasia's academic background is notable, having pursued her JD at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where she focused on Law and Technology. Her outstanding academic achievements and community involvement earned her the prestigious Schulich Scholarship in Law twice.

Her commitment to legal aid work is commendable, with Kasia representing individuals in both the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Provincial Court during her time in law school.
