He's also well-versed in handling poison pill hearings in both securities commissions and court settings.

Within the realm of municipal law, Tom's broad litigation background is evident in his representation of developers and landowners in a variety of disputes, including Building Code Act disputes and challenges under the Municipal Act. His environmental law practice further demonstrates his capability, with frequent involvement in contaminated lands disputes and regulatory issues concerning the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
