Allison Marks

Allison Marks stands out in the realms of corporate/commercial and securities law, offering her expertise to both private entities and publicly traded companies. Her practice encompasses a diverse array of transactional activities. These include managing debt and equity financings, orchestrating private placements, guiding domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, facilitating companies' transitions to public status, and addressing routine corporate governance.

Before her tenure at Fasken, Allison honed her skills within the Capital Markets and M&A Group of a prominent national business law firm. Her role included a noteworthy secondment at Picton Mahoney Asset Management, further broadening her experience in the field.
