Robert Alfieri

At Dickinson Wright's Toronto branch, Rob Alfieri dedicates his expertise to the realms of commercial litigation and class action disputes. His legal prowess spans trial and appellate advocacy, focusing on resolving contractual disagreements, shareholder conflicts, cases of professional misconduct, fraud, enforcement of foreign judgments, and managing private arbitration disagreements. With appearances across all court levels in Ontario, including the prestigious Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal Court of Appeal, Rob's litigation experience is both broad and deep.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Waterloo in 2014, Rob pursued his Juris Doctor at Western University, graduating in 2017.
