Andrew Moeser holds the position of partner at Lenczner Slaght, where his legal practice is predominantly rooted in the realm of intellectual property litigation. Andrew's expertise spans a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, information technology, and oil and gas in patent litigation. Additionally, he has navigated disputes involving software, gaming, and beauty products concerning trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Beyond intellectual property, Andrew's commercial litigation experience extends to environmental contamination cases and judicial reviews within highly regulated sectors like pharmaceuticals and renewable energy.

Andrew's legal prowess has been recognized in courtrooms across all levels in Ontario, as well as in the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. His international litigation experience is notable, having served pro hac vice in U.S. proceedings and as a key member of teams managing significant cross-border disputes.

In academia, Andrew contributes as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. There, he oversees a legal clinic that supports the Structural Genomics Consortium, a global non-profit organization focused on collaborative science research aimed at pioneering new drug discoveries.

His areas of expertise include intellectual property, commercial litigation, public law, appeals, and injunctions. Andrew was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2010, following his JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2009. His academic background also includes an MSc in Biology (2005) and a BSc in Biology (2001), both from McGill University.
