Aoife Quinn, a partner at Lenczner Slaght, is distinguished by her extensive involvement in a wide array of civil litigation areas. Her expertise notably lies in navigating employment disputes, handling securities class actions, and resolving complex issues within real estate litigation.

Her representation of clients spans across various judicial levels, including all Ontario courts, the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and numerous other provincial tribunals. Beyond Ontario, Aoife has showcased her litigation skills in the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Manitoba Court of King's Bench.

Dedicated to giving back to the community and fostering growth within the legal profession, Aoife is deeply involved in the firm’s pro bono efforts and mentorship initiatives. Her contributions include serving as duty counsel for Pro Bono Ontario and offering her expertise through the Legal Advice Hotline. She also dedicates time to mentoring within her firm and external organizations, focusing on supporting students and first-generation lawyers.

Aoife’s academic journey in law was completed at the University of Toronto, which included an enriching semester abroad at the University of Birmingham in the UK.

Her practice areas span appeals, class actions, commercial litigation, employment law, insurance, professional liability and regulation, public law, and trusts and estates litigation. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Aoife brings a strong educational foundation to her practice, holding a JD from the University of Toronto (2015) and an HBA in Political Science, Canadian Studies, and History with High Distinction from the University of Toronto – Trinity College (2012).
