Arash Nayerahmadi, serving as an associate at Lenczner Slaght, brings a focused approach to litigation, with a specialization in resolving complex commercial disputes and matters of professional liability. Before his tenure with the firm, he gained invaluable experience clerking for the judges on the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, specifically within the Commercial List sector.

Arash's academic journey at Osgoode Hall Law School was marked by exceptional achievements, placing him among the top 10% of his class and securing the position of second overall in his final year. His role as Executive Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and his voluntary service with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, facilitated by Pro Bono Students Canada, highlight his dedication to the legal field.

Before venturing into law, Arash acquired significant experience in the business world, working in financial audit for a global professional services firm and as a management consultant for a leading Toronto-based firm.

His expertise covers a wide range of legal areas, including appeals, arbitration, class actions, commercial litigation, product liability, professional liability and regulation, and securities litigation. Arash was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2021, following his graduation from Osgoode Hall Law School with a JD in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University (2015) and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Queen's University (2015), blending his legal acumen with a strong foundation in finance.
