Caroline H. Humphrey is a key member of Lenczner Slaght's team, serving as an associate with expertise spanning various legal areas. Her practice focuses on class actions, competition law, contractual disputes, and cases of professional negligence.

Before her tenure at Lenczner Slaght, Caroline developed her legal acumen at a national law firm, where she tackled intricate commercial disputes, including urgent applications for injunctive relief, Anton Piller orders, Norwich orders, and copyright protection injunctions. Caroline's experience extends to both initiating and defending professional negligence claims. She has advocated for clients across all judicial levels in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada, showcasing her bilingual proficiency in English and French legal proceedings.

Her judicial clerkship was completed in 2016-2017 at the Federal Court of Canada under the guidance of the Honourable Justice B. Richard Bell.

Caroline's legal education was obtained from the Université de Moncton's Faculté de droit, where she was distinguished with scholarships from the Department of Canadian Heritage for her academic excellence. Her moot court experience is notable, having participated in the National Trial Advocacy Competition (Sopinka Cup) and being honored as Best Overall Advocate. She further demonstrated her moot court skills at the Gale Cup Moot in 2016 and her law faculty's competitive moot in 2015.

Her areas of specialization include class actions, competition and antitrust law, commercial litigation, professional liability and regulation, and public law. Caroline was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017, following her Juris Doctor degree from the Université de Moncton in 2016 and her Bachelor of Science from the Université de Montréal in 2013.
