Colin Johnston holds the position of partner at Lenczner Slaght, specializing in litigation within the healthcare sector and administrative law. Throughout his career, Colin has provided counsel in a variety of settings, from all judicial levels in Ontario to numerous administrative tribunal hearings. His practice is particularly noted for representing professionals in both civil and regulatory matters, where he is frequently consulted on complex issues related to healthcare law. These include medical assistance in dying, mental health law, hospital governance, medical malpractice, and the regulation of professional conduct.
