Doura Dagher

In our Toronto office, Doura Dagher serves as a pivotal e-Discovery lawyer, bringing a wealth of experience to every phase of the e-Discovery process. Her expertise extends from overseeing to delivering strategic advice and ensuring quality control on extensive and intricate review projects. Doura's portfolio includes a diverse array of assignments, from supporting private sector entities in notable civil litigation and class actions to managing supplementary information requests from the Competition Bureau for significant M&A activities. Additionally, her work encompasses handling Freedom of Information requests and various investigatory endeavors.

A distinguished member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society, Doura embarked on her legal journey at Osgoode Hall Law School, securing her LLB in 2003, followed by her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Her career initially focused on civil litigation within Toronto before she transitioned to her current specialty in e-Discovery.

Outside the professional realm, Doura dedicates her time to volunteering, exploring new destinations, and cherishing moments with her family.

Among her contributions to the field, Doura played a key role in the 4th edition of "E-Discovery and Information Governance in Canada," published by LexisNexis Canada on September 30, 2022. Moreover, her exploration of AI's influence in solving the Anne Frank cold case, shared on March 14, 2022, showcases her innovative approach to blending technology with legal investigation.
