Before embarking on his legal career, Jonathan pursued an undergraduate degree in theatre and classical studies at Queen’s University, earning the Edythe Zacks Millman Prize in the Performing Arts.

Jonathan was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2018, following his graduation from Osgoode Hall Law School with a JD in 2017 and obtaining a BA with Honours in Drama and Classical Studies from Queen’s University in 2004.
