Katrina Dods serves as an associate at Lenczner Slaght, focusing her burgeoning legal career on a wide spectrum of litigation areas. Her expertise extends to commercial disputes, professional liability issues, and class action lawsuits.

Her legal education was completed at Queen's University, Faculty of Law, where Katrina earned her JD. Throughout her law school journey, she showcased a fervent passion for advocacy, engaging deeply in the moot court program. Katrina not only contributed as a coach for the Laskin Moot team but also achieved recognition as part of the Wilson Moot team, securing third place as a team and second place for their written submissions. She played a pivotal role in organizing Queen's Law's mooting activities, including overseeing the competitive moot for first-year students—a competition she herself won during her own 1L year.

In addition to her mooting achievements, Katrina was an active member of the editorial board for the Queen's Law Journal and lent her expertise as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate course in constitutional law.

Before embarking on her law school journey, Katrina pursued an MA in Political and Legal Philosophy at Queen's University, following her BA in Political Science from Western University, where she graduated with Honours Specialization. Her background also includes significant involvement in competitive debating, including serving as President of the Western Debate Society and acting as head judge at several national tournaments.

Katrina's professional areas of focus include appeals, class actions, commercial litigation, professional liability and regulation, public law, and trusts and estates litigation. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2021 after completing her JD at Queen’s University in 2020 and obtaining her MA and BA from Queen’s and Western University, respectively.
