At Lenczner Slaght, Lynne McArdle serves as Research Counsel, bringing a wealth of expertise in legal research, written advocacy, and strategic legal advice. Her deep legal knowledge is pivotal in dissecting intricate legal challenges, thereby enabling clients to craft and implement effective litigation strategies.

Before her tenure at Lenczner Slaght, Lynne initiated her career in litigation at a large, multifaceted law firm, subsequently dedicating over two decades to litigation roles within the provincial Crown's service. Lynne's broad litigation experience spans handling cases related to commercial disputes, class actions, and injunctions, alongside unique proceedings like an aggregate claim addressing health care costs linked to tobacco use, and the representation of Crown attorneys and law enforcement officers. Her legal acumen has been showcased across all judicial levels, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada.

In her practice, Lynne focuses on a range of areas including Appeals, Class Actions, and more, and is authorized to practice law in Ontario. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto.
