Before her engagement at Lenczner Slaght, Lynne embarked on her legal career with litigation at a comprehensive service law firm, subsequently dedicating over two decades to the litigation domain within the provincial Crown's framework.

Throughout her professional journey, Lynne has represented a diverse clientele across various legal disputes, including claims related to oppression and dissent, commercial disagreements, class actions, and injunctions, as well as a collective claim targeting the recuperation of healthcare expenses linked to tobacco use, judicial reviews, and the defense of Crown attorneys and police officers. Her expertise spans across all judicial tiers, inclusive of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Lynne's area of practice encompasses Appeals, Class Actions, and several other key legal areas. Licensed to practice in Ontario since 1998, her educational background is marked by an LLB from the University of Toronto and a BA in Political Studies from Queen’s University.
