Samantha Hale, an associate at Lenczner Slaght, brings a broad spectrum of expertise in litigation. Her areas of focus include resolving commercial conflicts, addressing professional liability and regulation, tackling civil issues, and engaging in public litigation. Samantha's journey back to the firm was enriched by her experiences as a law clerk for Justice Suzanne Côté at the Supreme Court of Canada and her clerkship roles within both the Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Her clerkships allowed her to support judges across a diverse array of legal matters, from administrative appeals and judicial reviews to class actions and civil trials.

Samantha's legal acumen is recognized across all judicial levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Her legal education was pursued at the University of Windsor, where she not only earned her law degree but also completed a Master's in Social Work, illustrating her commitment to a multidisciplinary approach to law. Her academic excellence was highlighted by her graduation as Gold Medalist and selection as Valedictorian of her class. Beyond her academic achievements, Samantha contributed significantly as a research assistant, took on the role of Executive Articles Editor for the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, and initiated a student-led forum focused on access to justice.
