Daniel Resnick

Daniel holds the prestigious title of Specialist in Construction Law, a designation awarded by the Law Society of Ontario, and serves as a Partner within Koskie Minsky's esteemed Construction Law Group. His expertise as a litigator is concentrated on the resolution of construction lien and general construction disputes. Daniel's clientele spans the entire construction industry spectrum, encompassing sureties, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor unions. His practice is characterized by its nationwide scope, providing guidance through intricate disputes involving lien claims, delay claims, surety claims, priority disputes, breach of trust actions, and enforcement proceedings. His proficiency extends to advising on the complexities that arise at the confluence of construction law and insolvency law.

Beyond the realm of construction, Daniel is adept at assisting international clients with the enforcement of Letters Rogatory and foreign judgments within Canada. His innovative thinking and unwavering advocacy equip him with a pragmatic and strategic approach to dispute resolution.
