David Ragni

David transitioned into an associate role within the Labour Law Group, following his initial involvement as both a summer and articling student at the firm. His academic journey led him through the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, culminating in his graduation.

While pursuing his legal education, David distinguished himself by engaging in competitive moot court competitions, demonstrating his advocacy skills. Furthermore, his commitment to social justice was evident through his work at a poverty law clinic situated in the heart of downtown Windsor, where he provided legal assistance to those in need.

Before embarking on his legal studies, David dedicated his efforts to union organization, working closely with labor groups to advocate for workers' rights.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University in 2013, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law in 2017. David's professional affiliations reflect his deep commitment to labor law, being an active member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association. Through his work, David continues to embody the principles of advocacy, justice, and commitment to the labor movement.
