Sue Tan

Sue Tan, a dedicated associate within the Class Action Group at Koskie Minsky, stands out for her commitment to advancing access to justice through her legal work. Her journey to specializing in class actions is fueled by a deep passion for advocacy, particularly in representing clients across various levels of the Ontario courts and Federal Courts.

Before her tenure at Koskie Minsky, Sue contributed her skills to a renowned public interest environmental law organization in Canada, tackling complex legal challenges and setting precedents in environmental law.

Sue's academic achievements include an LL.M from the University of Toronto, complementing her LL.B obtained from the University of Southampton. This solid educational foundation has equipped her with a broad and international perspective on legal issues, further enriching her practice in class actions.
