Before his legal career, Manav gained significant experience in the business world, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, coupled with a Certificate in Global Management. His pre-law professional experience includes working as an analyst for a multinational human resources consulting firm.

Manav's professional journey is decorated with accolades, including the Bonn Law Award for Best Cross-Examination from the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Moot Cup in 2013. His legal acumen was notably displayed in defending Venngo Inc. against claims of trademark infringement, showcasing his prowess in high-stakes litigation.
