Chloe Kyrtsakas

Chloe is carving a niche for herself in the realms of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, especially within the spheres of mergers and acquisitions, transportation and logistics, as well as marketing and advertising. Her contributions span assisting with private acquisitions, navigating complex commercial agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse sectors. Her proficiency extends to consumer protection, where she adeptly manages product labelling, contests, and terms and conditions to safeguard interests and ensure compliance.

Chloe embarked on her legal journey with Miller Thomson LLP, where she served her summer and articling terms before being admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Her educational foundation includes a J.D. and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, equipping her with a robust blend of legal acumen and business insight.
