Christopher is developing a dynamic corporate law portfolio, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and aspects concerning corporate governance and securities regulatory compliance. His expertise spans a range of transactions, including both domestic and international, involving private and public companies, as well as public offerings and private placements.
After his roles as a summer and articling student at Miller Thomson, Christopher rejoined the firm as an Associate. His legal journey progressed to being called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, after obtaining his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020.
In the community, Christopher dedicates his time to JusticeNET Ontario as a student volunteer and supports the Blythwood Road Baptist Church's “Out Of The Cold” Program.
