Craig Harasymchuk

Craig Harasymchuk is an associate within the Corporate Group, where he specializes in a variety of areas including securities, capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, along with broader corporate and commercial law.

He holds membership in the Law Society of Ontario, underscoring his commitment to the legal profession.

Before embarking on his legal career, Craig served as an officer with the Peel Regional Police from 2009 to 2018. He continues to contribute to the community as the Membership Chair of the Lorne Scots Regimental Association, an organization dedicated to supporting the Regiment and fostering the bonds formed through service.

Craig's expertise spans across securities, capital markets, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, demonstrating his comprehensive knowledge and skills in the corporate law sphere.

His educational journey includes earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Toronto in 2007. Craig's legal career officially began with his admission to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
