Erin Craddock

Erin Craddock excels in safeguarding the rights of stakeholders in both insolvency cases and commercial disputes. Her legal prowess spans across various sectors, including finance, telecom, elder care, manufacturing, construction, and the energy sector. Erin’s ability to effectively represent her clients has seen her navigate through the judicial landscapes of the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, and the superior courts in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba with considerable success.

Before her tenure at Miller Thomson, Erin brought her expertise to the restructuring and insolvency department of a prominent national firm. Her background also includes a stint at an international firm in New York, where she focused on defending multinational corporations in securities litigation. This unique blend of Canadian and American legal experience makes Erin particularly adept at managing cross-border insolvency issues.
