Before her tenure at Miller Thomson, Erin gained valuable experience in labour relations and employment law at a comprehensive service firm in Toronto, enriching her practice with a well-rounded perspective.

Holding the position of Director of Young Alumni for the Dalhousie Law Alumni Association, Erin remains actively engaged with the legal community. Her educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba in 2016, underscoring her insightful approach to legal counsel in Ontario since 2020.
