Geoff Clarke

Geoff leads the charge at his firm's Mining Law practice, bringing a well-rounded expertise that spans corporate and securities law. He's the go-to for companies, global businesses, and investment banks, advising on everything from securities offerings and M&A to corporate governance. Before his current role, Geoff honed his skills at a major international law firm, focusing on corporate finance, securities, and mining from 2002 to 2010. He then switched gears, stepping into the financial world as the president of an investment dealer until 2013. Returning to law, he now sits on the board of a mining and technology company and contributes his knowledge as the audit committee chair. Geoff's also shared his expertise with IIROC and the OSC, and since 2007, he's been imparting wisdom to the next generation as the Lead Instructor for Corporate Finance at the University of Windsor Law School.
