Jessica Watkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience spanning over ten years in legal talent management and professional resources. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the careers of legal professionals through her focus on career development, compensation strategies, performance management, talent acquisition, and fostering engagement. Her collaboration with the firm's Inclusion & Diversity Committee was instrumental in winning the Canadian HR Award in 2018 for the innovative 1L Indigenous Internship Program.

Before her current position at Miller Thomson, Jessica honed her legal skills within the Private Client Services sector of a Toronto-based mid-size law firm. Additionally, she served as the Director of Career Services at Queen’s University's Faculty of Law, further solidifying her expertise in legal career development.

Jessica's proficiency in both of Canada's official languages enhances her ability to communicate and work effectively across diverse groups. Her commitment to the Francophone community is evident in her board membership at the Alliance Française de Toronto.
