Justin Ng

Justin has been diligently carving out a niche for himself within the realm of tax law, with his work spanning tax litigation, strategic tax planning, and corporate tax issues. His mission is clear: to guide his clients through the complexities of their tax problems and audits, especially those involving the Canada Revenue Agency, ensuring outcomes that are both practical and economical. His expertise has not only been recognized in practice but also through his contributions to scholarly work. He's played a significant role as a co-author for a chapter in an upcoming publication by the Canadian Tax Foundation, and his insights have graced the pages of notable journals like Business Law International and Taxes & Wealth Management.

Before earning his stripes as a fully-fledged member of the Ontario Bar in 2022, Justin immersed himself in the very environment where he now thrives, gaining invaluable experience during his summer and articling terms at the firm. This hands-on experience laid a solid foundation for his career in law.

Justin's journey into the legal field was marked by significant academic achievements and community engagement. Notably, he was a caseworker at the Community Legal Aid Clinic, where he first honed his skills in addressing real-world legal challenges. He also dedicated time to Windsor Law's High School Outreach Program as a volunteer, demonstrating his commitment to giving back and fostering legal education from a young age.

His academic credentials are impressive, with dual J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, both conferred in 2021. These were preceded by a Master of Arts from McMaster University in 2016 and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto's Trinity College in 2015. Justin's diverse educational background not only provided him with a robust foundation in law but also a multidisciplinary perspective that enriches his approach to tax law today.
