Kevin Sherkin

Kevin Sherkin is a distinguished figure in the realm of commercial litigation, with a deep-seated expertise that encompasses construction disputes, shareholder conflicts, real estate litigation, and breach of trust claims. His career is highlighted by more than 150 cases where he has zealously defended his clients' interests. Before his tenure at Miller Thomson, he was instrumental in founding and directing a specialized litigation firm.

Kevin's legal prowess has been showcased across various levels of the Ontario judicial system, including the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, reaching as high as the Supreme Court of Canada.

As an active member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association, Kevin has significantly contributed to the legal community, notably serving as a Supervisor/"Judge" in the University of Toronto Law School's Upper Year Moot course over four years.
