Kristin Dosen

Kristin Dosen, currently an integral part of the Business Law Group in Toronto, specializes in financial services with a keen emphasis on corporate lending and project finance. Her expertise encompasses a wide array of financial transactions, including both secured and unsecured lending, as well as complex dealings like syndicated and bilateral financings, asset-based lending, and acquisition financing. Kristin's proficiency extends to the financing of diverse energy, power, and infrastructure projects, where she has successfully advised on initiatives involving battery storage, wind, solar, hydroelectric, and cogeneration technologies.

Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts & Science (Hons.) from McMaster University, followed by a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario.
