In the realm of community engagement, Matthew has dedicated his time and skills to several key initiatives. His involvement with Downtown Legal Services saw him assisting in the preliminary stages of legal aid, ensuring individuals were directed towards the necessary support. At College-Montrose Children's Place, he played a crucial role in nurturing the early developmental stages of young children within the Toronto area, focusing on both their physical and language skills. Furthermore, as a part of the Student Law Society at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, Matthew took on the responsibility of advocating for student interests, managing funds for various law school activities and student-led organizations.

A member of the Ontario Bar Association, Matthew brings his legal expertise and multilingual capabilities in both English and French to the table, enhancing his ability to serve a broader client base.
