Robert Storey

Robert Storey, a distinguished partner at Bereskin & Parr LLP, boasts nearly four decades of extensive experience in intellectual property law, with a notable decade as the managing partner of their Montreal office. His expertise spans the comprehensive spectrum of protecting and enforcing patents, trademarks, and industrial designs across various jurisdictions. Robert's clientele ranges from high-profile entities to international frontrunners in sectors including engineering, software development, fashion, finance, accounting, and the retail industry.

Currently, Robert actively contributes to the global IP community through his roles in the Strategic Planning Committee and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee of the Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Intellectuelle (FICPI). This organization, boasting over 5,000 members from more than 80 countries, aims to foster international collaboration among private practice IP attorneys. His previous leadership positions include serving as President of FICPI's Membership Commission, FICPI Canada, and as the Chair of the Industrial Design Committee at the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).
