Vince's journey in the legal field is rapidly evolving, especially within the real estate sector. He adeptly handles the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial properties, along with commercial leasing. His endeavors now stretch into the realm of land development, signaling a promising expansion of his expertise.

His legal foundation was solidified in 2022 when he officially joined the Ontario Bar, a milestone achieved after dedicating time as a summer student and articling at Miller Thomson LLP. Vince's academic path was marked by distinction, earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List and graduated Cum Laude. His academic journey began at York University, where he delved into the complexities of Business and Society, focusing on Law and Governance and Organizational Analysis.

Before venturing into law, Vince immersed himself in the financial sector, offering advice on growth and promoting financial products in retail and corporate banking. This experience was invaluable, honing his ability to support clients' operational needs. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to establish an event marketing and production firm, crafting bespoke marketing strategies and engaging with sponsors to secure cost-effective promotional solutions.

Vince's commitment to his community is as diverse as his professional endeavors. He has served in leadership roles within academic organizations, including the Business Law Society and the Italian Law Student Organization at the University of Ottawa. Beyond academia, his dedication extends to volunteering with organizations like the Sickkids Foundation, YMCA of Greater Toronto, United Way, and LEAF, showcasing his commitment to giving back.

As a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Vince upholds the standards and ethics expected of his profession. His bar admission in Ontario in 2022, alongside his educational achievements at the University of Ottawa and York University, underline his preparedness and enthusiasm for addressing the legal needs of the real estate industry.
