Among his notable contributions, Tim has played a pivotal role in dentalcorp's monumental $950-million IPO and Cronos Group's strategic $2.4-billion infusion from Altria Group. His portfolio also includes diverse equity and debt securities offerings for entities like goeasy and Vesta Energy, alongside IPOs and equity offerings for companies such as LifeSpeak and Air Canada.

Tim's legal acumen has been instrumental in numerous high-yield note offerings across various sectors, alongside investment-grade notes and convertible debentures for high-profile clients including Air Canada and Aurora Cannabis.
