Daniel Lupinacci

Lupinacci's professional journey prior to joining Stikeman Elliott includes a noteworthy stint as Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Royal Bank of Canada. There, he played a key role in managing matters related to the board of directors and audit committee. His responsibilities extended to supporting Corporate Treasury during significant capital transactions and funding initiatives, such as debt and equity issuances, alongside addressing various public disclosure and securities law issues.

His legal roots were established during his time articling and then working as an associate at a globally recognized law firm in Toronto. Before embarking on his legal education, Daniel gained valuable experience in corporate finance and commercial lending at a leading Canadian financial institution.

Lupinacci's educational foundation is solid, with a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. His admission to the Ontario bar in 2020 marked the beginning of his formal legal career.
