Keya Dasgupta

Keya Dasgupta spearheads a dynamic team across the nation, dedicated to fostering learning and development within the firm. With more than ten years under her belt, Keya has developed a rich portfolio of designing skill-building programs, offering executive coaching focused on management, leadership, and communication, and contributing her insights at numerous industry conferences.

Before her current role, Keya honed her skills in the trenches of civil litigation, specializing in intellectual property and general commercial disputes. Her courtroom experiences, including arguing cases in the Federal Court of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court, have provided her with a deep understanding of the developmental needs within the professional services arena.

Keya's academic journey began with a B.Sc. from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1999, followed by a J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2002. Her legal career officially started with admissions to the bar in Ontario and Prince Edward Island in the early 2000s, along with a certification in Canadian trademarks.
