Mark's educational background is as distinguished as his professional track record, holding a J.D. from Western University and a B.A. from McGill University. Since being admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017, he has been instrumental in several high-profile transactions. These include advising NordStar Capital LP on its strategic acquisition of Torstar Corporation, facilitating FAX Capital Corp.'s significant public offering, and guiding numerous underwriters through substantial REIT offerings. Mark's adept handling of ICC Labs' acquisition by Aurora, and the negotiation of Accuworx Inc. and Share Horizon Environmental Inc.'s sale to GFL Environmental Inc., further underscore his capacity to navigate complex deals.
