Sadaf Samim

Sadaf Samim is a dedicated professional in the field of employment and labour law, with her practice covering a wide range of areas including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissal, occupational health and safety, and human rights issues.

Beginning her journey in our Toronto office as a summer student in 2017, Sadaf returned the following year to complete her articles, during which she undertook a valuable secondment at Metrolinx.

Her academic achievements during her time at Osgoode Hall Law School were notable, earning her several awards such as the Dominic Carinci Memorial Prize for her strong performance in Business Associations and Real Estate Transactions, the McMillan LLP Award, and the Charles Edward Woodrow Award for academic excellence.

Sadaf's legal education was completed at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2018, following her undergraduate studies at York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2015.

As a member of the Ontario Bar since 2019, Sadaf is also an active participant in the legal community through her memberships in the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Law Society of Ontario, demonstrating her commitment to her profession and the broader legal community.
