His counsel has been instrumental in the acquisition endeavors of Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust, notably with their procurement of prominent shopping centers. He steered ABC Technologies Holdings through a significant privatization deal, led by heavyweight investors Apollo Global and Oaktree Capital.

He was pivotal in the transformative recapitalization of Northview Fund, which notably included procuring a trio of multi-family property portfolios worth C$742 million, paving the way for its reconstitution into a behemoth residential REIT valued at C$2.7 billion. Marc's influence extended to ABC Technologies Holdings' strategic acquisition moves and facilitated Danaher Corporation's successful purchase of Tilia Labs.

Further showcasing his diverse capabilities, Marc assisted Pacific Woodtech Corporation in its strategic buyout of an engineered wood products business and played a key role in Penn National Gaming's massive acquisition, enhancing its footprint in the digital sports and gaming sector. His guidance was crucial in WPT Industrial REIT's massive acquisition by Blackstone REIT, and he was instrumental in orchestrating the strategic spin-off for H&R REIT.
