In his practice, Adam serves a diverse clientele, from businesses and governments to non-profits, tackling constitutional litigation, judicial reviews, and regulatory matters. His expertise extends to defending financial institutions and corporations in significant commercial disputes, ranging from contract breaches to shareholder conflicts and the protection of confidential information. A considerable portion of his work is dedicated to defending physicians in regulatory and professional negligence cases.

Before his time with McCarthy Tétrault, Adam's legal foundation was solidified during his articling at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General’s Constitutional Law Branch, where he played a role in defending Ontario's stance in key constitutional challenges. His early career also includes a position at a premier litigation boutique in Toronto, further honing his legal skills.

Adam's academic background is equally impressive, having graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018. There, he was actively involved in student leadership, served as a Dean’s Fellow, and participated in moot court competitions, showcasing his advocacy skills. He completed his undergraduate studies at Carleton University, where he earned a B.A. (Honours) in Criminology and Criminal Justice, graduating with High Distinction and receiving the Senate Medal for Academic Achievement.

Outside the legal arena, Adam contributes to his community as a former Provincial Referee with Ontario Soccer and as a board member for Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2745.
