In the bustling legal landscape of Toronto, Christine Marchetti emerges as a key figure within our Real Property & Planning Group. Her practice is distinguished by a deep focus on real estate financing, spanning the gamut from acquisition financings and pre-development loans to comprehensive construction, condominium financings, and traditional mortgage loan transactions.

Christine's expertise was further honed during her tenure at the Toronto office of an international law firm, where her roles included a pivotal secondment acting as counsel within the legal department of one of Canada's leading banks. This experience provided her with unique insights into the financial nuances of real estate transactions, enriching her legal acumen.

Her academic journey began with a B.A. (with Distinction) from York University, followed by an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, laying a solid foundation for her career in law. Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2006, Christine has been a dynamic participant in the legal community, holding memberships in the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
