Erin Keogh

Erin Keogh, a dynamic associate within our Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group, offers comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of competition law. Her practice covers a wide array of areas, from mergers and acquisitions to marketing and distribution practices, along with tackling issues related to abuse of dominance, and navigating both criminal and civil investigations and compliance matters.

Erin has made significant contributions to the field, including co-authoring the Canada chapter of the Foreign Investment Review 2021 for Law Business Research. She also lent her expertise as a contributing author for McCarthy Tétrault’s chapter in the groundbreaking first edition of Artificial Intelligence, Law Over Borders Comparative Guide 2022.

Her academic journey at Queen’s Law was marked by active engagement and leadership, where she not only contributed to Pro Bono Radio but also played a key role as Finance Executive for the Animal Law Club. Erin's prowess as an oralist was showcased when she represented Queen’s Law in the Wilson Moot. Prior to her legal education, she achieved a Joint Honours BA and BSSc in History and Political Science from the University of Ottawa, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Erin’s foundational legal experiences were built during her time at a leading national firm, where she completed her summers and articles, primarily focusing on competition/antitrust law and a broad spectrum of regulatory matters.

Her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2019 was a significant milestone, and her contributions to the field have already been recognized, earning her the title of Rising Star in Competition and Antitrust by The Legal 500 - Canada.
