Iris Li

Iris, a key associate within the Toronto-based Business Law Group, brings a diverse skill set to her role, specializing in a broad array of corporate and commercial practices. Her expertise spans from guiding mergers and acquisitions to advising on corporate governance and navigating the complexities of private equity investments.

Her legal education, completed in 2019 at Queen's University's Faculty of Law, laid a solid foundation for her career. Additionally, Iris broadened her global perspective and legal acumen through a semester at Fudan University in Shanghai, where she delved into business and foreign investment law. Before her legal studies, Iris earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto in 2015, showcasing her multidisciplinary interests and capabilities.

Since her admission to the Ontario Bar in 2020, Iris has been an active member of the Law Society of Ontario, contributing to the legal profession with her unique blend of scientific knowledge and legal expertise.
