Ivor Selimovic, an Associate within the bustling legal landscape of Toronto's Business Law Group, brings a unique blend of technical savvy and industry-spanning experience to the table. Siskind Scholarship for his remarkable academic achievements in his final year and the Torys LLP Award in Business Law, recognizing his exceptional grasp of business law subjects. His time in law school was marked by significant accomplishments, such as representing his university at the prestigious 2018 Canadian National Negotiation Competition and securing a coveted spot as a legal intern at the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal in Munich through the Western Law Internship Program.

Before stepping into the legal field, Ivor had already carved a niche for himself in various industries. With a Bachelor of Engineering under his belt, he ventured into aerospace manufacturing, contributed to civil infrastructure projects, and explored the financial services sector. His most recent pre-law role involved working within the finance division of a leading global automotive manufacturer, where he focused on managing projects related to artificial intelligence technology.

In 2021, Ivor's legal career officially took off with his admission to the Ontario Bar, further solidifying his commitment to the legal profession as a member of the Law Society of Ontario. His journey with the firm began as a summer student in 2019, culminating in the completion of his articles in 2021.
